About Think BRICS

Think BRICS is an independent OSINT‑driven media and knowledge platform that acts as a bridge between the West and the Global South. We focus on BRICS countries and their partners, helping people on both sides understand each other without filters, propaganda, or bloc thinking.

Our Role: A Bridge, Not a Bloc

Many see BRICS as “the new bloc against the West.” We think that’s dangerously simplistic.

We see BRICS as a buffer, not a bloc — a space where different systems, cultures, and interests can meet without collapsing into a new Cold War. Our work makes that space visible and understandable: showing how BRICS and the Global South think, negotiate, cooperate, and disagree with the rest of the world.

Our goal is not to pick sides, but to reduce noise and enable honest, transparent dialogue.

Our Vision

We envision a world where:

  • Western and Global South audiences access each other’s perspectives without hostile filters
  • Policy makers, businesses, and citizens discuss BRICS and the Global South without falling into “us vs them” narratives
  • Media and research prevent bloc division, not reinforce it

In this vision, Think BRICS is one of the practical bridges: a place where people, data, stories, and ideas can cross from one side to the other.

Our Mission

Think BRICS exists to amplify the multipolar shift as part of the alternative media ecosystem, using open‑source intelligence (OSINT), local expertise, and on‑the‑ground networks to make sense of BRICS and the Global South.
We build an authority triangle made of:

  • Media & Social Channels – where we build attention and trust
  • Publications & Research – where we organize knowledge into reports and briefs
  • Academy & Institute – where we transform this authority into structured learning and B2B services

Each side reinforces the others: social media builds reach, research adds depth, professional work proves the insights work in the real world.

“We do this while actively resisting bloc thinking – using BRICS as a buffer space for dialogue, not as a new geopolitical camp.”

The Think BRICS Digital Ecosystem

We’re not “just a YouTube channel” or “just alternative media.” We’re a multi-platform ecosystem.

Together, they reach nearly 1 million followers and viewers per day across all platforms.

These platforms aren’t ‘extras’: they’re the first half of the bridge – the public, open, accessible side of our multipolar knowledge system.

The Authority Triangle (How the System Works)

To make sense of all this attention, Think BRICS is structured as an Authority Triangle:

  1. Social Media & Publication Engine
Videos, posts, articles, and newsletters across platforms are the entry point. They explain what’s happening in the BRICS world, challenge stereotypes, and open conversations.
  2. Publications & Research
The analysis we do weekly becomes reports, thematic studies, and policy briefs: clear, citable, usable documents for journalists, students, researchers, and companies.
  3. Academy & Institute (under development)
Academy will translate this into learning paths: masterclasses and courses for those who want solid BRICS/Global South skills.
Institute will offer briefings, workshops, and targeted research for companies, institutions, think tanks, and media needing technical support

The triangle is how we turn attention into understanding, and understanding into practical cooperation between West and Global South.

Across all three sides, we rely on OSINT methods – systematically collecting, verifying, and contextualizing open data, media, and public sources from BRICS and Global South countries.

What We Stand For

No bloc thinking

We reject opposing bloc logic. The BRICS is "Non-West" but not "Anti-West". It's a space for experimentation and negotiation

Global South dignity

Global South societies aren't extras in someone else's story: they have voice, interests, and projects

Independent structure

We collaborate with media, associations, and institutions across East and West, but remain editorially independent

Dialogue over propaganda

We prefer tough conversations to automatic alignment with any pre-packaged narrative
